Within days of that strategy being published, the government of Canada made that very announcement. The companies that were stated as part of that strategy (or added as that strategy was updated) rewarded shareholders with as much as triple digit ROI over a short period.
The last few issues have had a focus on companies with impressive revenues combined with relative low market caps and many can be purchased directly by US investors. What is interesting of course is that subsequent to these published strategies, promoters and influencers (and others) recommended strategies centered on latter stage license applicants and companies with growing revenues – including USA only companies.
