Our experts reviewed our operations, pricing, and other current comparable deals (although there is no comparison to Conception!). Our valuation is meant to be in right in the middle of the range - not over or undervalued considering our actual and potential production capacity.
CIM: What are your investor highlights? Why should investors invest in Conception Nurseries?
CN: We use the Wayne Gretzky approach of “skating to where the puck will be,” not where it currently is. Early investments in cannabis were about betting on the industry more than betting on individual companies. Conception brings innovation to the cannabis industry that elevates the industry as a whole and allows investors to withstand and ultimately thrive in an otherwise young, volatile industry. Ask any sophisticated cultivator and they will tell you tissue culture is the future as it cuts costs and risk and delivers a superior experience for cultivators and consumers alike. Conception is the first to bring micropropagation at scale. We have the best opportunity to own a significant share of the supply chain base in just a few years.
