CN: We launched the company with $3.1M of convertible notes.
CIM: How much capital do you need? What will it be used for?
CN: Our target raise is around $15M. It will largely be used for expansion into California, Massachusetts, and another states as well as research and development.
CIM: How did you arrive at your current valuation? Do you feel it is aggressive, moderate, or conservative?
