CannaInvestor Magazine: What legal and compliance challenges do you anticipate when launching your platform in the United States and internationally?

Cannalogue: Cannabis regulations move quickly, so we’ve learned to be adaptable. Though hemp-derived CBD is federally legal currently in the US, this may change. Many companies may have to undergo new licensing certification processes, but fortunately we are experienced in operating in a heavily regulated framework. Additionally, each state has its own medical/recreational cannabis framework which we’ll have to navigate as well where we’re well equipped from dealing with the Canadian regulatory landscape. International markets further differ, but our approach remains identifying problems in the current regulatory framework, solving those problems with our technology, communicating with the regulatory body, and obtaining appropriate certification. We’ve proven we can reshape the regulations in Canada and can do it again in a foreign jurisdiction as we globally scale.
