Frank Wegener, P.E., C.T.O. In 1968 Frank and his partners founded L&H Airco, a manufacturer’s rep firm dedicated to providing premium products to solve complex HVAC equipment requirements. Today, L& H Airco has expanded to include the most energy efficient Air Handler on the market along with Building Energy Management systems, DDC controls, advanced lighting controls and air purification. L&H Airco has successfully completed well over 1000 projects including schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, office buildings, data centers, manufacturing facilities, central utility plants and airports. ICU Power California is very pleased to have Frank bring his many years of experience and expertise to the company.
Ramiro Reyna Jr. is currently Vice-President of Construction Services for ICU Power California and Cogent Power. With operations based out of California, Ramiro has worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. His expertise includes designing building applications for commercial, industrial, agricultural, and institutional projects. Ramiro is a member of the California State License Board and assists with interpreting code and being a member of their adoption team. Ramiro currently holds a General B contractor’s license and C-10 electrical license. Ray oversees all of ICU Power California’s engineering and project management.
