Greetings and a warm welcome to our 13th issue of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine! We couldn't be more excited to bring our magazine to cannabis investors, analysts, financial media and cannabis executives.

The U.S. cannabis stock market is a perfect vehicle for day-traders, due to volatility and high volume. In the near-term we expect to see continued volatility until cannabis is legalized at the federal level and institutional investors start adding cannabis stocks to their portfolios. Long-term investors can participate in the cannabis sector also, but are limited on what cannabis stocks they can add to their portfolios. In the US there are only a few solid cannabis companies with real business models, clean Balance Sheets and significant growth potential. Some of the key metrics we look at are low market capitalization, potential share dilution, cash on hand, management team experience, debt and revenue. In addition, there are many solid cannabis companies in the Canadian market due to their relaxed cannabis legislation and institutional investor participation. Long-term investors can buy US cannabis stocks, but keep in mind only buy the solid companies and keep increasing your position over time. You should do well when cannabis is finally legalized at the federal level.

Thank you for letting us keep you informed and assist you in your research of this new and emerging market. We appreciate your support and are so happy to have you as a reader of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine!
