CannaInvestor Magazine: What type of products are in your pipeline?

TresMonet: We have 12 CBD-infused Skincare & Wellness products, among 36 SKUs—and we hold over $2.4M in market-ready inventory. We have also designed a line of pet care products that we have branded under the names, “Happy Puppy” & “Happy Kitty” Pet Care.

At the moment our Skincare line only consist of our Stem Cell+CBD Facial System. However, we expect to add several more CBD-infused products by Q-3 2021: skin lightener, bodywash, shampoo, hair & beard conditioners and bath bombs & salts. On the Wellness side, we expect to add the Industry’s most potent hemp-extract-infused gummies; and we’re looking to partner with a top-tier chocolatier to make chocolate-covered nuts, dried fruits and and coffee beans.

CannaInvestor Magazine: Can you breakdown your future revenue? In other words, will 100% of your future revenue come from retail?

TresMonet: While our main revenue will certainly come from wholesale and retail sale of our CBD-infused product offerings, we expect to bring in additional revenues by selling our surplus Specialized CBD oil on the open market. Due to the special agreement that we have with our bio-farm CBD oil provider, we can undercut today’s CBD oil pricing, by 30% - 40% and still make an excellent profit margin.

We will also provide licensing opportunities to companies wanting us to formulate their products with Specialized CBD. This will bring in formulation & annual licensing fees, which will add to our overall revenue structure.
