Q

CannaInvestor Magazine: Can your IP and technology be licensed to other industry companies?

A

TresMonet: We are willing to sell our Specialized CBD to other companies and we’re also willing to formulate for them, infusing their products with high-potency CBD. However, we will never share our CBD+stem cell technology.

Q

CannaInvestor Magazine: Can you define stem cells?

A

TresMonet: Generally speaking, stem cells are primitive cells that have the potential to differentiate or develop into many different types of cells in the body. Unlike mature cells, which are permanently committed to their fate, stem cells can both renew themselves and create new cells of whatever tissue they are introduced to. They are composed of two key components: growth factors and proteins, which regulate cell division, produce collagen & elastin and promote new cell growth. Stem cells contribute to the body's ability to renew and repair its tissues.

Q

CannaInvestor Magazine: What are the advantages of combining CBD and stem cells?

TresMonet: We use snail stem cells in formulating all of our topical products. Because humans and snails share DNA from millions of years ago, skin cells recognize the snail stem cells as common, working together to exfoliate, renew and regenerate skin cells.
