EDITOR'S NOTE

Editor In Chief

Greetings and a warm welcome to our fourth issue of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine! We couldn't be more excited to bring our magazine to cannabis investors, analysts, financial media and entrepreneurs. You will notice this issue was distributed a week later in the month than previous issues, due to the fact we wanted to include quarterly highlights from industry companies. We decided to focus on industry companies listed on the Nasdaq or NYSE. Industry stocks listed on these exchanges are more likely to be impacted by financial results than those listed OTC.

A notable announcement in the month of August was the Drug Enforcement Agency's (DEA) decision not to reschedule cannabis. Many investors have asked us how do we feel regarding the DEA's decision? The CANNAINVESTOR Magazine is very optimistic that cannabis will eventually be rescheduled, or removed from the schedule all together and will be approved at the federal level. However, until then, it gives investors time to increase their positions in the best performing industry companies.

Thank you for letting us keep you informed and assist you in your research of this new and emerging market. We appreciate your support and are so happy to have you as a reader of the CANNAINVESTOR Magazine!
