cases, views marijuana in the same light as heroin and those that smoke as criminals or bad people (Ingraham, 2017). The decision to enter the Cannabis / Marijuana Industry should be a well thought out plan. Can you make a lot of money in this industry? The answer is yes, so much so that the state of Nevada uses marijuana profits to fund public education (Donnelly, 2017). I’m often asked why I am using a Bachelor of Arts in Business & Organizational Management, Master of Science or PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology to operate a business solutions firm in the Cannabis Industry. I believe grown people should be left to make their own decisions. If they follow the law and take responsibility for the decisions they make, what is the harm? I don’t drink and don’t have a problem with those that do until you get behind the wheel of a car or cause some other calamity. As far as marijuana is concerned I don’t smoke but who am I to decide who can have a medicinal or recreational toke? I’m a cancer survivor and often wondered what I would do if I needed medicinal marijuana in my healing process. Would I start with my doctor to gain the required medicinal marijuana card or go it alone, face a fine or arrest. Luckily, I reside in a state where medicinal and recreational are allowed but should we have to count on luck to get needed care? Here is what I do know, nobody that has a catastrophic illness should have to worry about how they will get the needed care or medications. So, when I’m asked why I am using my degrees in the Cannabis Industry, I can clearly state that for many some form of cannabis is useful on the medicinal side to help with Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome, HIV/AIDS, Multiple Sclerosis and seizures. I would prefer marijuana use prior to a
