Asian Americans are the fastest-growing racial group in the United States, yet we still tackle the stereotyping which runs the gamut of “geisha” to “kung fu master” to “SAT nerds”. We are viewed as education driven, hard workers, more supportive than leaders, quiet and not the type to make waves. The truth is that we are wave makers, we have created our own space in the cannabis industry through ancillary and by touching the plant. AACE seeks out those wave makers and acknowledges their accomplishments in the industry.
