cannabis and acupuncture,

nutrition, aromatherapy and

yoga. Often overlooked topics,

such as the traditional use of cannabis in Ayurvedic medicine,

are part of the coursework. Key specific health conditions, such

as insomnia, pain, and women’s

health, are also included in the curriculum.

Such varied topics requires a

broad and eclectic faculty.

Going beyond just the select

few presenters always on the

lecture circuit, we tapped

experts from across the U.S.,

with real world clinical

expertise in these specific

content areas. View our amazing and eclectic faculty by clicking HERE.

The program format consists of audio lectures accompanied by a slide presentation synched up with the faculty’s voiceover. As you listen, the key message points are recapped in front of you. A missing element in many programs, in our opinion, are collateral materials to serve as background resources for the student. We fixed that problem. Each module contains downloadable education materials or a list of reference links, providing a turn-key solution for each of the topics.

Now 3 years old, the Academy has seen graduates use their training in a variety of ways. Melanie Dillion, a former addiction counselor and now co-founder of Entourage, a brick-and-mortar business selling CBD products and counseling services in Illinois, says, “This has changed my life from having a career to my life’s work.”

Other students have added cannabis coaching to their existing practice as

a way to differentiate themselves within their community. Health coaches, in particular, have gravitated toward cannabis education as a means of expanding their services. “With the cannabis industry on the cusp of making major breakthroughs in science and wellness, I can see that becoming a Holistic Cannabis Practitioner will open the door to future opportunities that will allow me to develop an edge in my health coaching practice", states Alicia Salazar, a health coach in New York.

Our students come from varied backgrounds from across the U.S. and Canada. Most enter directly into the full practitioner program, culminating with a final exam and a certificate of training as a Holistic Cannabis Practitioner. But for those who aren’t quite ready to take the full plunge, smaller options, as Curated Packages, Pac provide an entry point with less time commitment and at a lower cost.

The explosive growth of the hemp-derived CBD product category has also created further need for an educated professional and consumer audience. With CBD products available on retail shelves, online, in multi-level marketing programs and by your best friend, it has created a chaotic marketplace that requires the voice of reason. Everyone is asking the same questions: What do I buy? In what format? For what condition? How much do I take? How do I evaluate a good product from a lousy one? These are the answers a competent practitioner must provide, especially if selling CBD products in their practice.
