Happy July/August Everyone,
Welcome back and thank you for your support of our
new and unique digital publication. I have to say that I am quite pleased with the additions to this month’s issue and I hope that you like them too.
You will notice that we have added a Resources section to the end of both the Veterans and Seniors sections. I have worked hard to find good and reliable organizations, for these locations, and I hope that you find them useful.
I want to point out our feature article about CannaSense Wellness. I found this article to be very enlightening and can see how useful it could be to both consumers and patients.
I also want to point out the follow-up coverage of my June visit to the NorCal High Times Cannabis Cup. You will find cup winners, photos from the event and even links to some of the winner’s websites. You'll also find Part 2 of Into The Darkness, Pioneer Dale Schafer's detailed experience through the U.S. prison system.
Our Medical Cannabis section has the second article, by Bernie Masters, about other plants that trigger the endocannabinoid system as well as another informative article, by Dr. Adam Richardson and coverage of my discussion, with Dr. Amanda Reiman, about how rehabilitation facilities are looking at cannabis as an alternative to the usual and customary programs amidst the opioid crisis.
