We anticipate that CannaCFO Magazine shall be the exclusive digital magazine focused on the financial executive which delivers convenient insights, company and executive highlights and features, and informative articles that provide industry information to its audience. Specifically, the different areas of the magazine will be Tax/Accounting, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal and Investor Relations. With extensive legal issues existing within the industry, CannaCFO magazine will continue to assist its subscriber base with federal and local legal information that affects the canna industry. In addition, we believe strongly that risk management and risk mitigation is needed significantly in both small and medium size businesses so we will be having risk heavily focused in each of our magazines.

From a cannabis perspective, your company is subject to the harsh rules of 280e and as such, whether you have budgeted it or not, cannabis companies focused on just one part of the supply chain usually struggle financially. Many are failing as they don’t have enough funds to survive to exit.
