BEAUVAIS’“ A / A I” PUNISHER”

This issue we spotlight owner and trainer Philip Beauvais of Team No F. E. A. R. and our cover dog Beauvais’ Punisher. Team No F. E. A. R. is responsible for creating champions such as Beauvais’ Punisher in the areas of conformation, weight pull, competition obedience, agility, dock diving and dog sport.
Growing up in New York, Philip had always been around dogs. When Philip was 10 it was love at first sight when his family got their first“ pit bull”. He loved the drive and tenacity side of the breed. It was around this time when he first started to learn and understand more about them.
A few years later when his family moved to Florida, it was then that Philip owned his first pit bull and was fully
4 responsible and a full caretaker of the dog. Philip started learning and teaching basic obedience and developing a strong bond with his dogs, and continues to this day to fuel his passion in working with the bully breeds.
• How did you obtain Punisher and what was it that attracted you to him?
I really liked Punishers Grand Sire Gage. When I was younger I always wanted an offspring of his. I contacted his owner over a year before getting Punisher and was just waiting for a breeding to happen with him, so when he passed away I decided to go with the closest thing; which
