Training Time

Whether you are training or you are having a professional do it, to keep your dog on the

path of success you will need to stay consistant on how and what you are teaching them.

**Keep training sessions short. Your dog will think its a game, keep him stimulated by what he is learning. Use training treats but not everytime, switch it up with praiseing him as well. This way he won't think that a treat is coming every time.

**Do not keep prying a command for more then five minutes, they will lose interest. Come back to it whenever you can.

**Practice the commands in different places, with and with out distractions. This is so he will respond to you in all sorts of situations.

Obedience training as well as walks will help build a lasting bond between the two of you and you'll be rewarded with a happy, well-trained dog.

**Table manners

Giving in to your dog at the table is a mistake. Make sure he knows that you will not respond to his every demand when eating.

**Reading your dogs body language, by learning how to interpret your his body language is telling you many things. Dogs use their eyes, ears, tail and mouth to express emotions, this is how they communicate with other dogs as well.
