Robert Legvold

had the privilege to ask a few questions to the Columbia University Professor, Robert Legvold. Legvold is an American political scientist, specializing in the international relations of the post-Soviet states. Personally, I have not experienced the Cold War, but have researched and seen qualities today that reflect back to the origin of the problem, showing that it, in fact, never ended. Dr. Legvold's book Return of The Cold War articulates this issue at length. I asked him the following via email interview:

In the 4th chapter of your book, you discuss the path forward for the United States and Russia.
