When I was younger my mom competed . I remember her prepping and seeing her compete and I wanted to be like my mom .
My first CPA competition was the VDC in July 2019 .
If I could offer a piece of advice it would be to enjoy the process of competing , even the hard parts .
My favourite workout day is shoulder day .
