No , the title is not an acronym for “ Too Many Goodies ”. But perhaps that should be a topic of my next article , when I finish my current series on deep diving longevity and bio hacks , for the greatest health , long life and performance recovery and building our most ultimate physiques .

Today I make a case for the powerful benefit of a little known , yet a banger of a supplement “ Betaine Anhydrous ”. Not to be confused with Betaine HCL , a powerful and helpful digestive aid .
