Blood work should be done every 3 - 6 months depending on your situation and it should be interpreted by someone knowledgeable like a doctor who truly understands how these markers should be in a competitive athlete . If you do not have access to a doctor like this , make sure you look for even a knowledgeable bodybuilding expert or coach who can at least help you decipher it better than a doctor who may have no idea how these markers should be in a bodybuilder .

The majority of our readers will be in Canada and here it can be very challenging to find a doctor that will give you the proper blood work forms you need . You must do everything possible to look for a doctor who can help you get the tests you need , and you must explain to them how important your health is while also how important your bodybuilding goals are to you .
Apart from having these markers checked , you should also look into constantly measuring fasted blood sugar , blood pressure at night , and heart rate . All these markers through time will paint you a story of how your body is reacting to certain protocols or lifestyle factors that you may not be noticing .
