Earning the title of IFBB Pro cannot ever be taken away.   Another question is:  “How about those natural athletes that want to continue competing, can they be competitive?”  Eren Legend who is an advocate for the natural movement says “Yes!”  Eren became an IFBB Pro within the natural stream and won his first pro show as a natural in men’s physique at the Vancouver Pro Show, proof that it is possible. One strategy for some of our natural athletes is changing classes from say Figure to Bikini, Women’s Physique to Figure, Bodybuilding to Men’s Physique, Women’s Bodybuilding to Women’s Physique, etc. The advantage our natural athletes have is their pure genetics combined with consistent training and nutrition program; perfected for competing. This is what earned them the right to be a Professional IFBB Pro League athlete.  Many just want to remain competitive and love to compete.   Although winning is not everything, once you have tasted victory in the amateur stream that feeling never leaves you. I’ve been asked by a few natural athletes if there will ever be a natural stream Pro League division or perhaps a Pro contest where winners of these events would be tested and win cash prizes. I can promise this, however I will be the advocate for those competitors and petition the IFBB Pro League to consider it.  In order to do this though, I need to hear from those IFBB Pros wanting this and if the numbers warrant a first ever natural Pro show I will champion the cause. In closing, I want to congratulate all the promoters from across Canada stepping to the plate promoting Natural and Open contests.  Although they were all a great successes for the CPA and the athletes alike, a special thanks goes to the many promoters whom subsidize these events with their time and money to ensure that the future looks bright for the growth of their contests and the sport we all love. e h c a H   n o R President Canadian Physique Alliance
