One thing to keep in mind about this
natural supplement is that more is not
better. You should
stick to what studies have shown to be
most effective for nitric oxide production
in your body
which is 4.5g of L-Citrulline and 6-8
grams of Citrulline Malate. If you find
that you have been
taking Citrulline for a long period, I
suggest taking a break from this non-
essential amino acid, so
your body can get the full benefits from
the supplement after a long break.
From what I have read, there are no
harmful side effects from taking
Citrulline long term. However, to be on
the safe side, you should try taking
Citrulline for one month, and then give
your body a rest for a month. That way
when you decide to go full throttle and
are seeking that insane pump in the gym,
your body will be ready and waiting for
that 6-8g dose of pure pump action!
