In prep mode, we all say “take it one day
at a time”. What does that really mean
when we aren’t breaking the process
down in a way that is customized to our
individual needs and actually feels good?
Enjoy the process. Hmm I get it now.
Well...a bit anyway. I am not in love with
that idea. I am not a patient person. I
want it all and now. Let’s get it done! I
have learned that this is why I have
typically gone for the work projects over
the “me” project. I can knock out a work
project in a day and see definite progress
as a result. The “me” project is gonna
need a bit more than a day.
I have had some good wins this month.
Food prep and using Bite Me Meals,

economically. Starting each day
positively, reading my goals, listening to
a motivational podcast, and setting my
intentions. This is more powerful than
anything. I am now setting alarms at the
office so I stop and eat, stop and get
ready to go home, and to the gym. I do
Yoga during lunch regardless of what is
needing my attention on my desk...most
of the time. It is coming, slowly but
positively. As I reign my mind in to focus
on the positive, the process goals, the
results are coming. And so it continues...
