coach is there to make sure everything stays on point
not just during prep time but after as well. I know
many of you reading this can relate. Many will not
check in with their coach for weeks after contest day
and this is due to your poor food choices and the fact
that you don't want your coach to see how much fat
you have put on so fast. Yes you are embarrassed at
how badly your physique took a turn for the worse
and the last thing you want is a verbal lashing from
your coach on how you ruined this masterpiece. By
checking in with your coach weekly post contest
they will best help you mitigate many of the issues
