When we see a great physique on stage, we
see the physical product and result of many
years of hard work. One can only imagine the
preparation and insane workouts that it took
to get to be nearly fat free and have an
astounding amount of muscle mass. An
average person can be in okay shape by
mindlessly going into the gym, using a few
machines and cleaning up their nutrition. But
to be able to take the body to an extreme like
Robin Strand has, it takes an unimaginable
amount of effort and consciousness.
Many individuals think it is just a matter of
dieting and going to the gym to lift heavy
weights. But there is so much more that goes
into it than that. The people who pay attention
to minute details are the ones that fulfill their
full potential. Robin Strand is not your
average bodybuilder. He takes into account
every single detail in his life in order to be one
of the best bodybuilders in the world. From
the meditation and visualization practices
multiple times a day, to maximizing sleep and
hormonal production in order to maximize
body composition. This is what separates him
from the rest of the pack and has allowed him
to go from Mr. Ontario all the way to Mr.
Canada by the age of 26.
