This is the final quarter of our competition year which started with celebrating The Olympia ' s 60th Anniversary . This created a lot of excitement finishing the year off strong and full of promise for the 2025 season .
First , let ’ s talk about the over-the-top 60th Anniversary of The Olympia which was moved back to Las Vegas this year . I have attended many Olympias , but this one has to be one of the most memorable . This year our Canadian athletes dominated the stage in Fitness , Bikini and Classic Physique . Missy Truscott originally from Northern Ontario won the Fitness , Taylor Learmont from Toronto placed 3rd and Tamara Vahn originally from Edmonton Alberta placed 5th . In Bikini , we had our Lauralie Chapados from Montreal winning that category . Chris Bumstead from Ottawa once again won the title of Mr . Olympia in Classic Physique making this win 6 in a
Although we are at the end of the 2024 season , we will finish the year off with the Ben Weider Naturals on November 15th with an expectation of the largest number of natural amateur and professional athletes from around the world competing either for an IFBB Pro Card or qualification to the 2025 Olympia . This will be the most credible natural competition worldwide with a combination of polygraph testing of all competitors and drug testing .
The Natural movement within NPC USA , NPC Worldwide and the Canadian Physique Alliance is the most exciting growth within our fitness community thanks to the efforts of President Jim Manion and Vice President Tyler Manion . The 2025 season within the natural movement will have numerous Natural Pro Qualifiers and Natural Pro Shows worldwide with Canada leading the way by adding a Natural Pro Show to the Natural Canada Pro Qualifier in Toronto , Ontario .
