These are the things that I see hold people back when it comes to their preparation going from lean to shredded . These same things have affected me as well when I first started my own journey so do not feel bad if you are struggling with these things . Make sure to avoid these obstacles because it can be a very demotivating feeling like you are working very hard but only getting lackluster results .
