Welcome to the 3rd Edition of your Newsletter for 2022 !
With shows and clinics fully underway in all parts of Canada we are looking to seeing some fantastic physiques gracing our stages .
May is Mental Health Awareness month and is being celebrated in Canada the first of week of May . We canvassed Canada in the last couple of months and asked that competitors submitted stories of their personal journeys through the labyrinth of mental health issues and so many of you responded . Please give these stories a close read , it is so difficult at times to verbalize or write down your struggles these folks are to commended .
We are happy here at the Newsletter to lend a platform to any and all that desire to want or need to tell us and inspire us with your journey . Submission can me made anytime and we will publish yur story in upcoming newsletters .
Please read over the current schedule as well as there may be modifications to the show you are registered to compete in . Up to date information is always available on the CPA Website and Social Platforms .
Stage photos are available as well , now that shows are taking place we are happy to share photos and video with you and maybe , just maybe , they are enough to motivate you to start a prep for a contest .
