During her 25 years of involvement in the sport,
Christina has also volunteered at many amateur
events, sat on the MABBA Executive Board during
two different tenures, held numerous information
seminars and posing clinics for competitors.
Further, she became certified as a hair & make-up
artist and spray tanning specialist to become a
finishing expert.
It can be said with great confidence that Christina
has done it all for our sport and she is excited to take
her services to the next level as a CPA Ambassador
to benefit the athletes.
IFBB Pro Christina Mehling is the co-owner of
Freak Fitness, an online coaching and personal
training company that specializes in contest
preparation and physique transformations.

Along with her husband, CPA & Muscle Insider
columnist Darren Mehling and their team of
coaches, Christina has helped her clients earn
718 top 3s, 23 IFBB Pro Card qualifications, and 4
IFBB Pro show wins.
However, Christina’s involvement with the
sport of bodybuilding did not start as a coach.
Christina has been a competitor since 1995,
winning the MABBA Novice Bodybuilding
Championships. She went on to become a
CBBF National level natural bodybuilder,
MABBA Provincial Fitness Overall winner, and
ultimately winning her IFBB Pro Card in
Fitness at the 2005 CBBF Nationals. She has
since proudly represented Canada throughout
