demonized sometimes?
Well, since they are high in sugar,

recommended to lose body fat, some
people are afraid of them. They have a
good reason to be as well, it is very
easy to overeat fruit. If you think that
you are being healthy because you eat
a giant fruit salad for lunch every day,
you certainly need to re-evaluate your
meal choices.

deficit is required, which puts us in a
place where we have to carefully
restrict our carbohydrates. So if you
are eating high amounts of grains,
starches, root vegetables and add
fruits on top of it, you might have
trouble losing body fat/weight.
