Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Chocolate Protein Pancakes: Yields 21
Normal Size Pancakes: 4 Ripe Bananas, 6
Whole Eggs, 500ml Plain Greek Yogurt,
1/3c. Water, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 2c. Oat
Flour, 4 scoops of Chocolate Isolate
Protein Powder. Blend all ingredients. Use
a ladle to poor pancakes. When I make
these for breakfast I use a 1/3c.
measuring scoop so that I can make a
tower.
Nutrient Breakdown: 136 cal, 16.6g Carb,
2g Fiber, 3g Sugar, 11.6g Protein. If you
want to reduce the carbs/calories, swap
out half of the bananas for strawberries.
They have 1/4 the content of a banana.
