Toronto and Vancouver pro-
qualifier
All first-time competitors are
eligible for Novice - no pre-
qualification.  Novice provides
no qualifications, just awards.

All competitors are eligible
for a regional competition -
no pre-qualification.
Competitors can do both
Novice & Regional in the
same show.
Competitors can cross over
(compete in multiple
divisions) at the regional level
& pro-qualifers (provided you
are qualified IN THAT
division).
You can not compete within a
division at the pro-qualifier
that you are not qualified in.
 For instance, a qualified
bodybuilder can NOT cross
over into classic at the pro-
qualifier level unless qualified.
Existing provincial
qualifications will be
grandfathered in for 2018
only.  Regional & provincial
qualifications will provide
eligibility for the pro-
qualifiers in 2018.  All
qualifications will be
reviewed for 2019.  
North Americans: if you
placed top 15 at a 2018 CPA
pro-qualifier OR top 5 from
CBBF in 2017
Arnolds Amateur: no
qualification required for
2018
Olympia Amateur: no
qualification required for
2018
Placings achieved at North
Americans, Arnolds Amateur
or Olympia Amateur will NOT
qualify you for a CPA pro-
qualifier  
OUT OF COUNTRY
COMPETITORS
US NPC competitors will need an
NPC Membership and can
register online to compete at
the Toronto Pro/Am or
Vancouver Pro/Am, no pre-
qualifications
All other counties can register
online for the Toronto Pro/Am
or Vancouver Pro/Am, no pre-
qualifications

COUPLES DIVISION
Promoters can elect to have a
couples division for awards only. 
Pro-qualifiers will NOT have this
division.
PRO CARDS
One pro card will be handed out for each division to the overall winner. 
One Pro card will be handed out in overall open divisions and one pro card
in overall masters divisions (winners in grandmasters and super grand
masters will compete with the masters for overall)  at the October 20,
2018 GNC/Allmax Open Canadian National Pro-Qualifier and the August 4,
2018 GNC/Allmax Natural Canadian National Pro-Qualifier ONLY. (These
competitions will be open to Canadians ONLY.)
Toronto Pro qualifier and the Vancouver Pro qualifier only:  For the CPA
2018 transition year those competitors who are only qualified in the
master’s division and not the open division will be allowed a bye to enter
the open division as one of the cross over division choices available, for a
chance to win an IFBB pro card. 
Fitness will no longer have the 2 piece bikini round – routine ONLY.
