CANADIAN PHYSIQUE ALLIANCE MARCH || ISSUE 32 | Page 16

The bolded scores are the scores that have been eliminated. As you can see it’s the highest and lowest placings. The remainder has been added. When the remaining 5 places are added it gives the athlete their score. The lowest score is placed in first and the remainder follows the same format. The highest and lowest score are removed to achieve more consistency among the judges. If the scores are a tie between two athletes, the tie is broken by the Head Judge. The Canadian Physique Alliance prides itself on the caliber of judges that we have in our organization. We all know how difficult it is to subject your self to standing in front of 7 judges and those persons deciding that one person it better than the other. Most of our judges have been in that position. This is why we in the CPA take the responsibility of judging so seriously. It is very important to the organization as well as to the athletes. The athletes have worked too hard to not be judged fairly and properly by competent judges. I hope this clarifies how athletes are scored and placed. e to cover any m e k li ld u o w u o If y ture magazines fu in s ic p to ic if c spe please email: om Alliance@gmail.c e u iq s y h P n ia d a Can Looking forward to seeing you all on the CPA stage, Rudy Jambrosic Head Judge CPA IFBB Pro Judge
