ÈVE GAGNON IFBB PRO - EAST COA

Ève earned her Pro Card at the 2021 NPC North American Championships and we were fortunate to see her at her Pro Debut at the Toronto Pro SuperShow this past year . Always on point with conditioning and posing , Eve will be someone to watch for the future .
Judi : Where do you currently live ? Ève : I am currently livng St . John ’ s Newfoudland and Labrador
Judi : What do you do t earn a living ? Ève : I an a French Language Student Aid / Teaching Assistant for students with disabilities .
Judi : How long have you been competing ? Ève : I have been competing since 2015 .
Judi : What made you choose the CPA / IFBB Professional League ? Ève : I chose to compete with the CPA / IFBB Pro League with the goal to get a Pro Card , and to make my way to the Olympia stage . I feel as though the association organizes events that are of high quality and caliber and they make sure their athletes are well taken care of .
Judi : What is your favourite workout ? Ève : My favourite work out is a good lower body leg day . I feel as though my legs are my best body part .
Judi : What advice would you have for new competitors working toward their Pro Card ? Ève : For those new to the sport , do your research . Ask all the questions . Make sure you have a good team backing you up ; coach , posing , nutrition . Don ’ t rush to the national stage . Take your time , grow so that you bring a Pro caliber physique to the National stage . Work hard , as there are no shortcuts , and there is always someone working harder and doing more than you !
