"IF FITNESS IS HEALTH, IS IT EVER TO YOUNG TO START?" Inspiration, a word that is a positive in most people’s vocabulary and mind can have so many implications. “I am inspired by what they did”, “what they did not do inspires me”, that sunset inspires me”. Some actions can trigger emotions, some scenes can as well. You can be motivated to action, anger, rebellion, caring or in the most oblique sense inactivity. Any way you look at the “inspiration” something in you reacts. For our purpose we choose to look at positive inspiration. Stories that will engage you, motivate you to action on your journey to a healthier you. Our subject today is age and aging. How many times have you heard I can’t do that, I’m too old? I have heard and likely said it once or twice myself. I’ve heard people say that you are too young to do that to your body or you will pay for that when you get older.
