Fact checking is the first
thing on the menu. Your
quick research skills will
save you from having egg
on your face
later. Sometimes,
interpretation is what will
kick you in the shin. We
may understand our own
well-intended message
but the posts that follow
may stir up a spell of
confusion that was
completely unintended. In
that regard, it is best to
share information straight
from the CPA page. The
old adage says “get it
straight from the horse’s
mouth,” and it still holds
true to this day!
BE A GOOD SPORT
However, the most well-
intended information
can go sideways. If this
is the case, get a CPA
representative to set the
information straight. The
CPA and its
representatives are here
for that purpose!
At times, there is a need
to take that screenshot
and send it off. However
before doing so, you
need to ask yourself the
question: “What good
will this serve?”. Really
drill down to the good
that will be served. Are
you perpetuating
something negative?
