BE EXCITING TO WATCH!
Physique competitions are judged professionally and systematically, but they
are also entertainment. As a competitor on stage, you need to have an
entertainment factor that captures the judge’s attention to stand out from the
rest of the competitors!
EVERYTHING YOU DO NEEDS TO
COME FROM A PLACE WHERE
YOU TRULY BELIEVE YOU ARE
DESERVING OF THAT PRO CARD
DON'T LET GO
From the moment your sparkly glamorous heel is on
stage, you are being watched and judged. Keep your
body tight, tall, and in control at all times. I saw many
competitors “let go” of their physiques during
transitions, walking to and from center stage, and
exiting stage. Bikini is a little different than other
categories; even though you are technically compared
to your fellow competitors during poses,
transitions/walks and overall presentation create both
conscious and subconscious impressions to the judges.
Don't be the girl that looks amazing in the posed
photos, but somehow seemed to "fall through the
cracks" in the placings.
