HAVE A SET
BEDTIME:
One of the most calming things you
can do is to have a consistent
schedule. Having a regular bedtime
and wake up time helps your body
develop a cycle of work and rest, on
and off, day and night.
STOP ALL
STIMULANTS:
Training aids like fat burners, energy
drinks, and coffee are great for
giving you a boost for your
workouts, but they are the last
things you want coursing through
your body when you’re trying to
sleep. To avoid tossing and turning,
do not take any stimulants within 6
hours before your planned bedtime.
STOP ALL
ELECTRONICS
It has been proven that if viewed too
close to bedtime, computer and
smartphone screens can have a
negative impact on the quality of
your sleep. So, 60 min before you
retire for the night, shut off your TV,
computer, and smartphone.
