Dimitri : I have made a significant number of changes going into the 2023 Toronto Pro show . I will be at my heaviest and leanest . I had the best off-season I have ever had and grew significantly . I was more consistent with my training , was more intense than ever before and nutrition was taken more seriously and efficiently !

Dimitri looked amazing for the 2023 Toronto Pro Super Show . He placed 10th out of 12 in an amazing lineup of competitors and as the champion he is , he is already working hard towards adding the necessary size in order to maximize his next competitive season and shock the world !
Dimitri : For me , the greatest achievement is to step on the Olympia stage not only as just an experience which is great but as a contender exceeding my abilities !
Juan : I have no doubt that if you set your mind to it , you will get there ! Who are the top 3 people you look up to and that inspire you most ? Dimitri : I have always looked up to my mother who has always believed in my dream , my mentor Efford Rodgers who has guided my path and taught me almost everything I know , and most of all , my loving wife who has supported me through this prep !
Juan : What advice do you have for up-and-coming competitors that look up to you and want to reach the level you are at right now ?
Dimitri : Word of advice to my followers and other beautiful souls is that we are shaped by ugly experiences , don ' t stop working hard for it , harness your abilities even in the most difficult times .
