What got you interested in competing? I chose to compete to challenge myself physically but also mentally, learning to embrace the struggle makes you grow as a person. What made you choose to compete with the CPA? The goal of one day earning my Pro Card. How many CPA shows have you competed in? The Stephanie Worsfold Classic in May 2019 was my first ever show. What is you favorite body part to train? Definitely back and glutes, but I don't neglect any body part. How would you like to inspire others in the fitness industry? Whatever it is that you decide to pursue, be willing to work harder than everybody else but move silently, let success be your noise. Also if you haven't realized this yet, show day lean is not maintainable year round, so eat more and lift heavier. If you had any advice for anyone thinking of competing what would it be? Find a reputable coach and trust the process. Be willing to put in the work and don't hold back! Diet and exercise are important, but don't neglect the importance of posing and stage presence. What's next for you? For the foreseeable future I am focusing on my family, friends and career. I love the sport of bodybuilding, I'm still hitting the gym hard and eating well. The stage will be waiting for me. Bodybuilding is a journey and I'm excited to continue to learn. Myshiia
