Since turning pro Fouad has recorded
an incredible 9 top 3 finishes, including 2
victories, setting the bar for other Canadian
pros to try to emulate.
He has become one of the most popular pros
on the IFBB circuit and has 2 very successful
podcast he launched about a year ago called
the Real Bodybuilding Podcast where he
interviews top industry leaders and experts
and Bodybuilding and Bullocks which has
developed into a very popular and funny
regular show he started with the late and
great Luke Sandoe.
Many of Canada’s top new pros have chosen
the Fouad Abiad Championships as their
regional event on their way to a pro qualifier
such as Eleanora Dobrinina, Mandy Squires,
Kyla Ford, Reggie Dava, Joe Flores and Joe
Alves to name a few.
Fouad and Paul have built a proud tradition
with the Fouad Abiad Championships over
the past 10 years as a promotional team and
they will continue that proud tradition well
into the next decade ahead.
This past fall Fouad also successfully
launched his own supplement company
called fittingly, Hosstile Supplements which
he has tied into his already successful
clothing line Hosstile apparel.
Fouad and Paul began promoting together
10 years ago. We began by bringing back a
regional show to Windsor Ontario in 2011.
Our vision was to put on a very entertaining
event that competitors would feel proud to
be apart of and feel like they were treated
like professionals.
They also wanted the audience to have a
great time so we brought in big name guest
posters like Evan Centopani, Frank McGrath,
Erin Stern and Seth Feroce to name a few.
They created a strong tradition for our
Windsor show and in 2015 they were
rewarded by CPA president Ron Hache for
their hard work by giving them a second
show which they held in Mississauga
Ontario.
By following the same model, the
Mississauga show also has become a very
successful annual event and has become
known as one of the most prestigious of the
regional shows in the country.
