FEEL UNHEALTHY? 24 That is 90% of people out there with the current society wanting to automate more and more things. More people are working from home, groceries are delivered to your door, drivethrus becoming more popular now and as a society we see the obesity rate skyrocket along with other health issues. When did this happen? When did automating all these processes hit the point of diminished returns by creating a society that is setting us up to be out of shape and unhealthy? Despite the direction the world is going, there is good news. YOU CAN START TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE BY FOLLOWING THESE 5 EASY PRINCIPLES. I have been getting hundreds of people in shape for almost a decade now. When you work with so many people from all walks of life, you begin to see trends in their lifestyle. Flaws and gaps that hold back their progress big time. Here are a few examples of the people that come to me, about to give up on their fitness journey because they are not seeing the results they want. - The individual who spends hundreds of dollars on supplements a week. Who is always looking for that magic pill but is far from doing what is correct in the kitchen and in the gym. - The individual who works hard in the gym and aims to eat as well as possible but is in a constant state of stress from many different angles of life. - The individual who has their diet bang on, their supplementation bang on, and their sleep bang on, but always leaves 10 reps in the tank and because they are worried about overtraining. - The individual who is always working hard in the gym and looking to move as much weight as possible but does not have the first clue when it comes to being connected to their muscles. - The individual who would like to get in shape and does so by drastically undereating. They have no idea on what an effective nutrition plan is and obsess with calories and their weight. When their weight goes up even .2 lbs, they feel demotivated and hate their body. Their biggest problem is lack of direction and education. Do you fall into one or more of these categories? If so, it is okay if you do!
