regulations. To facilitate that, commercial gyms will have to control the number of people in the gym at one time and clearly display what equipment is open for use. You will be required to book your training times in advance, complete your workout within your time allotted, and leave immediately upon finishing your workout. I predict these procedures will be in place for some time, so you will have to adapt your workouts accordingly. Preparation will be key for ensuring Conclusion the commercial gyms, you will also have a personal responsibility to follow certain procedures to protect yourself. At the time of writing this, many commercial gyms are requiring attending members to wear masks, wear latex gloves, maintain a social distance of 2 meters (6 feet), and wipe down equipment before & after use. I realize this can be time consuming and cumbersome, and perhaps even restrictive (the mask can make breathing difficult for some) but believe when I say it is worth the effort. I would much rather have these steps added to my workouts than not be able to workout at all in a commercial gym. The good thing to remember is this – once we make it through this pandemic, everything else will be easy! Remember that this is only temporary and all these restrictions, like the quarantine, will soon pass. If there is anything positive that can be minimal disruption of your workout. Do your research and make sure you find out how much time you will have to train and what equipment is available, and then you can prepare an appropriate workout.
