With the New Year now upon us, so many of us
make “resolutions”. We make declarations to
change our ways, we make announcements
that we are going to take ourselves to a new
level, and we proclaim that this New Year will
bring a new you!
With all of this hype and excitement, why then
do many of us fail to achieve our goals? And
more specifically for you, the aspiring physique
competitor - why do you not make it to the
stage?
The answer is simple – you create reasons why
you shouldn’t do it. You accept bull sh*t
excuses as your reality and stop yourself even
before you get started!
Well, today I am going to examine some
common excuses we create for ourselves and
help you smash past them and live with NO
MORE EXCUSES!
