And we have here approx 80g protein,
a great variety of fibre, healthy fats...
eating pasta with garlic bread.
From tofu scrambles to a fast pan-fried tempeh
with kale slaw, a toasted tomato sandwich, or,
even a pasta dish, it’s easy to see how attainable
the macros are with sources such as these
available.
Even for meat eaters, using some of these
options and adjusting their meat serving to make
their own combination would allow a higher
variety of amino acid sources. Even that little
addition supplementing with some vegan items
will greatly reduce digestion inflammation and
assist keeping a much more alkaline environment
within the body, ensuring fibre requirements are
met.
