Now, I’ve done it all.....the good ol chicken and rice
with broccoli, carb cycling, Keto, vegetarianism
(both lacto and ovo), vegan and vegan Keto. How
can I prescribe a program to someone I haven’t
used myself? This has enabled me to relate to a
much larger group of people and when it comes to
helping each individual as their own, versatility
has been by best friend.
Since using a vegan based platform for my prep
for both: Edmonton CPA Regionals and Regina
CPA Regionals.....I’ve been asked by a lot of people,
“how this can be used in bodybuilding, let alone
prep, seeing there is no protein in vegetables”
