story is the one that may change or possibly save someone ’ s life for the better . This reminds me of my speech at our competitor meetings after check ins where I tell competitors , especially our first timers , “ you all have your reasons for competing and they are all valid ”. The important thing to remember is what got you to this moment ; the journey here has already made you a winner .
Looking ahead to 2024 and based on the success of 2023 , the future once again looks extremely bright for our sport in all categories . The CPA has been listening to our competitors across Canada , the NPC and IFBB Pro League President and Vice President have also been listening and are proactive to ensure continued growth in both open and natural shows . Their leadership in our sport comes from a background of understanding , passion and doing the due diligence needed to recognize what our competitors need to fulfill their dreams and aspirations .
There will be more natural regional shows around the world including possible natural pro shows and natural pro qualifiers .
The Ben Weider Naturals being the original IFBB Pro League Natural Pro Show and one of the original NPC Worldwide Natural Pro Qualifiers will be the flagship event in 2024 . Thanks to the forward thinking of Tyler Manion , we will
be offering two pro cards in each division and one pro card in each of the master ’ s 35 + division . Also , the possibility of adding a master ’ s pro competition is in the works for the future , this will help us to continue grow the natural movement and create opportunities for our Natural Pro Masters . We are so fortunate in Canada where our natural athletes will in 2024 have an opportunity to qualify directly to the two top natural pro qualifiers in the world “ the Natural Canada on August 3rd in Toronto and the Ben Weider Naturals November 15th in Virginia USA ”.
The Toronto IFBB Pro show has continued in its steady growth and to that end the IFBB Pro League has added Pro Master ’ s 35 + to the Toronto Pro Show for all divisions . The opportunity to win your pro card on Saturday and compete as a pro on Sunday in the open or master ’ s is what dreams are made of and that opportunity will be there for you .
