EXTREME. WE NEED CARBS, FATS AND PROTEIN NEVER
CUT OUT ONE OF THESE FOODS SINCE WE NEED THEM ALL.
NUTRITION NEEDS TO BE A LIFESTYLE AND IT IS OKAY TO
ENJOY THE NOT SO HEALTHY CHOICES EVERY SO OFTEN,
MODERATION IS THE KEY!
DON'T BE AFRAID OF LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS!! YOU WILL
NOT BULK UP. YOU WILL GAIN MUSCLE THAT WILL KICK
UP YOUR METABOLISM WHICH WILL BURN OFF YOUR FAT!
DON'T OVER TRAIN AND TOO MUCH CARDIO WILL BURN
OFF THE MUSCLE WE WORK SO HARD FOR!
REST! MAKE SURE YOU GET ENOUGH SLEEP AND
RECOVERY TIME BETWEEN WORKOUTS.
IF YOU COMPETE HAVE FUN WITH IT! REMEMBER IT ISN'T A
RACE BASED ON TIME. SO IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH
THE JUDGES’ RESULTS TALK TO THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT
YOU CAN IMPROVE ON FOR THE NEXT SHOW. IT'S NOT
ALWAYS HOW YOU PLACE!!
