“My
CNS is
fried
dude!”
This is one of the most
common things I hear
from gym goers. In
reality though, many of
them don’t really know
what they mean when
they are saying this.
Many people often say
this when they have
signs of what they
consider may be
“overtraining.”
Overtraining is a very
debated topic in the
fitness industry.
Some experts say it
does not exist, some
experts say that
overtraining is better
explained as undereating,
and others say
that you have to
micromanage your life
as that one extra set or
one extra rep you force
upon your body will
have you in an
overtrained state.
