Now that the 2019 CPA and
IFBB Pro League show
schedules are posted, many of
you may be looking to hire a
Contest Prep Coach. For some
of you, this may be your first
show, and for others you may
be looking to take your physique
to the next level and become a
front runner for an IFBB Pro
card!
I can appreciate that there are a
few people reading this who
may feel they don’t need a Prep
Coach. And I agree, there are a
few people out there that are
not coachable, and will be best
served going at it on their own. I
applaud their self-confidence
and I wish them great success!
